The FCC last week approved a Construction Permit for One Ministries of Santa Rosa, CA, to build a 3 kW TV channel 2 translator atop Mt. San Miguel. The station will rebroadcast non-commercial TV from its studios in Santa Rosa. Several stations in northern California already carry the broadcasts, including KQSL in San Francisco, KKPM Yuba City/Sacramento, and various translators.
