Steve Sellman Memorial Set for Sunday

As many of you know, Steven M. Sellman, a well known radio broadcast engineer, passed away on August 26, 1998. His family has long wanted to give his friends and associates a chance to assemble in an informal non-denominational way, and that opportunity has finally arrived.

Steve's son Jim and his former wife Ann McCreery have just returned to San Diego and would like to meet with those who knew Steve. The gathering will be at the De Anza Cove picnic area at Mission Bay this Sunday at 1 p.m.

From Interstate 5 and Clairemont Drive, head due west a few feet to the Visitors Bureau building. Turn north and park at the lot serving the De Anza Cove Boat Launch. Look for the colorful balloons at the picnic tables marking the event.

His family asks that you bring a small lunch, a blanket and a few kind thoughts and remembrances of Steve.
